33 Members of the E.A. Renfroe, a company provides a full range of catastrophe support services to insurance companies, self-insured corporations and governmental entities during times of disaster or claims overload, enjoyed a fun team building event at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort in Destin Florida. The Camaraderie Quest corporate team building event is a high tech scavenger hunt and this one tool place on the grounds of the resort. The four teams got to know each other better, see one another in different than usual circumstances, have some fun, and even learn a few things about leadership and corporate team building. The morning activity had them out on the beach, throughout the hotel and interacting with the hotel staff. It was a fun event and the time of sharing at the end proved both hilarious and thought-provoking.

Often times we get to know one another only through work situations. This event helped them to see one another being silly, outside their comfort zones, and being very creative. All keys to help a team function better. Another benefit was that these adjusters usually work solo, so this gave them a chance to re-acquaint as see and experience the strengths of fellow workers.
