Ernst & Young Accountants Laughing in New Jersey
All accountants are stuffed shirts. They have no humor. Accountants are boring. Take a look at this video and see if these statements hold up…
Recently a group of Ernst & Young accountants got together for a team building. They wanted to have fun… I think they succeeded! They also wanted to have a charitable result since this was “Connect Day,” a day when the company as a whole reaches out to the communities they work in.
Rick Highsmith with The Leader’s Institute conducted a Rescue Bear© team building event. The result was 45 stuffed animals, wearing costumes of fire fighters, nurses and doctors. These were donated to the Emmanuel Cancer Center in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
A fun morning, a deserving charity and some team building – it’s hard to find a better way to begin a two day conference.
