Structures — Building the Team of the Future is a brainy, challenging, team building event where your group is divided into teams to solve specific challenges in order to collect pieces of a number of Dollhouses. While easy to build (no expertise in construction actually needed), the number of pieces and challenges that take place in order to collect each piece make this event extremely fun and challenging. The completed houses are donated to children who have, or have a sibling who has, a terminal disease.
Each team is given puzzles to solve, codes to decipher, and secrets to unlock in order to acquire the resources needed (part by part) to build their Dollhouse. Challenges are discovered along the way that must be overcome in order to accomplish their goal. Groups must discover that in order to succeed, they are not competing with each other, but instead are competing against scarce resources, just like at the office. At the conclusion, groups present their Dollhouse to a local charity like Ronald McDonald House or Make-A-Wish, but if your organization has another organization in mind, we’ll be happy to work with them as well.
Structures Team Building Events are composed of one-hour modules to make the program easy to fit any time-frame. We offer a high-energy one-hour module were the group builds the bikes with just a few icebreaker events. We also offer two-hour, three-hour, half-day, full-day, and 2-Day Team Retreat versions as well. During each event, you’ll engage both your minds and your bodies in solving the puzzles of teamwork and build great camaraderie.
