Looking for a turn-key team building event that you or your facilitator can deliver for your small group? Our train-the-trainer team building events include everything that you will need to deliver a fantastic, world-class team building event including all of the materials, instructions, and one-on-one phone coaching with one of our expert team building facilitators.
If you have a group of less than 20 people, and you want to do a fun and impactful team building event, then sometimes, it’s just not cost effective to have an instructor travel in to teach a program for you. In those cases, our train-the-trainer team building program can be a great solution for you. We include everything that you need to deliver a fantastic program yourself!

Personality Traits that Influence Teams – Early in the program, participants quickly determine their natural personality temperament, and then, team building principles are introduced to the group to show how the different personality styles can best work together. The program helps participants understand how it is that they sometimes just “click” with certain people and have challenges with others. Your Personality Traits Kit includes up 15 manuals (one for each participant), an interactive PowerPoint slide-show, facilitator instructors, and a desktop reference of people principles to help each personality temperament grow as a team member. You also get a 30 minute consultation with one of our expert facilitators to lead you through the instruction of the program. This is a turn-key program that is fun and easy to get involvement from your group!
Rescue Bear Workshop® – The Rescue Bear Team Building Workshop® and charity event is a brainy, challenging, program where your group is divided into teams to solve specific challenges in order to build teddy bears and other stuffed animals for young children who have been through a traumatic event in your local area! The Rescue Bear® train-the-trainer kit includes all of the materials needed to conduct your event including a selection of different stuffed animal components, the Rescue Bear® clue sets and challenges, and step-by-step instructions. You also get a 30 minute consultation with one of our certified instructors to lead you through the teaching process, and we’ll schedule one of your local fire captains to come to your event to accept your donation on behalf of your local fire department, so everything is done for you to make the process very EASY!.
Build-A-Bike Workshop® – Your team must use their wits and creativity to build bicycles in a race against time and each other. Each team earns pieces of their bike by solving riddles and overcoming challenges. Then just when things start to get interesting, they notice that in order to accomplish their task, they will need the help and support of the teams they are competing with. Completed bicycles are donated to charity. The Build-A-Bike® train-the-trainer kit includes all materials including four bicycles, four helmets, Build-A-Bike® clue sets and challenges, and step-by-step instructions. You also get a 30 minute consultation with one of our certified instructors to lead you through the teaching process, and we will organize a local charity to come to your location to accept your donation, so everything is done for you to make the process EASY!
