Fun Team Building Events and Activities
Build-A-Bike ®
Bicycle team building was the first major charity event that took the world by storm almost a decade ago and is still the most popular activity by far. While your group is solving challenges and working together to earn bicycle pieces, our facilitators have a group of eager kids from a local children’s charity gathering outside the door waiting for the finished products to be completed. The ending is always very emotional as the kids come rushing into the roof and each group gets to personally hand over the bike that they worked so hard to complete. A great way to add energy and fun to any convention or meeting. Ideal number of participants: 20 to 2,000 people.
The Ace Race ®
Golf, competition, and charity are the makings of an unbelievably memorable meeting. The energy in the room absolutely explodes as your team races to be the first team to get a single hole-in-one on every single custom-made hole in a miniature golf course that they build in minutes out of non-perishable food items like macaroni and cheese boxes and canned goods. Two great things happen in this activity. First, teams members cheer hysterically as they try and try to complete each hole and then one team member gets that anticipated hole-in-one. In addition, at the conclusion of the event, the group boxes up all of the food items, and we donate them to a local food bank. This event is ideal in areas recovering from a natural disaster. Ideal number of participants: 50 to 2,000 people.
The Camaraderie Quest ®
This high-tech scavenger hunt has participants use teamwork and iPads in a scavenger hunt like none before! Groups access their challenges in a custom app that takes them step-by-step from one zany activity to another all the while taking pictures of their group completing the tasks and, on occasion, creating custom videos of their antics. At the conclusion of the event, the facilitator scores the results and shows a slideshow of the entire event. This program is a blast, and it gets your group outside of the office or hotel for a while to really explore their location. The more historical or fun the area, the more fun the activity. For an additional fee, this program can include a charitable donation as well. Ideal number of participants: 10 to 2,000 people.
The Charade Murder Mystery ®
If you want your team to laugh and laugh, and you also want your group to see your executives as a part of the group, then the Charade Murder Mystery is a fantastic option. Our facilitators coach your executives, prior to the program, to become a rag-tag group of criminals who subtly drop clues all afternoon until midway through the program, one of them is murdered while the rest of the group witnesses the entire event. It is up to the participants to work together to share information about what each witnessed as well as interrogate the suspects to determine who was the culprit and who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. When the “suspect” really get into character, this program is full of laughs as each points the finger at the other. Lots of fun. Ideal number of participants: 20 to 80 people.
